Please ensure that intimate apparel is tried on over your own underwear to maintain hygiene standards and eligibility for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with all original labels and protective hygiene strips intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
